Registration for Recreation Activities - Difficulty authenticating with Google Chrome


Our supplier PG Solutions informs us that following a progressive update deployed by the Google Chrome browser, some users are no longer able to authenticate themselves in the citizen interface.

Once the email and password are entered, the page refreshes, which interrupts the connection and users remain on the initial page.

In order to temporarily remedy the problem, PG Solutions recommends that users connect with a browser other than Google Chrome, either using Firefox, Edge or Internet Explorer.

The PG Solutions team is currently working on making changes to the citizen interface so that it is compatible with the new version of Chrome.
